Smsadvance 2.2 source code cleaned up

"Cleaned up"

Differences:
Uses header files for C code
Size optimizations and maintainability enhancements to UI code
Added in long jumps between IWRAM and EWRAM code
No longer attempts to write to sections marked as "read only", writable data has been moved out of those regions
