End of JamezBond

What is that "end of the computer age" thing?

Re: End of JamezBond

It's from the SPA's anti-piracy educational video, "Don't Copy That Floppy".
Software piracy leads to less developers, which leads to the end of the computer age!  Mwahahahahahaha!

It's interesting how much better it sounded after the volume was boosted to the point that it clipped - made it sound so much more Malto.

If the internet didn't exist, we could revert to the old form of copy protection: Passwords!

I have all these old DOS games with passwords that you need the little book for.  It's like a mystery wrapped inside an enigma wrapped inside a box.

NECROMANCY

Hardball 2 and other games had code wheels :)  But I remember Hardball 2's because it was like fake players like... holy fuck I still have the dumb thing!

Like Don Kulzinski or Willie Doctorow.  And then it had like slots for HRs, RBI, etc, and it would be like HOW MANY DOUBLES DID MIKE PICKELL HAVE IN 1966?

(answer is 26 btw)

Re: End of JamezBond

Jamezbond was one of the first fanimutations I saw, and I never thought to hit control-play at the end of the movie to see if there was extra footage.
