Program to insert files into a FAT disk image

This is a program which inserts files into a FAT12/FAT16/FAT32 disk image.  No unicode support.  It will not create disk images, use mkdosfs for that.
Not very heavily tested, but it worked when I tried it.

You give it a disk image file and initial directory, and it recursively builds a disk image.
Syntax: <disk image file> <path to a bunch of files>

This is based on Chishm's GBA_NDS_FAT.
