Problem Logging In

Hey guys, i have created a account called ChatMod#1, but cannot log in 4 some reason. I enter the account name and pw, and it says logged in successfully, but when i try to post something it ass me for name and email id, because i am not logged in. Can somebody tell me how to fix this, or can somebody fix this for me. Thanks.

I removed the pound sign from your username, try again.
