Gameboyprinter

I've been goombacolor to play links awakening DX in a gba rom on a gba flashcart in my gba.
However when trying to print the printer doesnt do anything.
I unfortunately dont have another printer compatible gbc game lying around.
Is there a way to fix this ir should i get an actual DX cart?

No link emulation at all, no printer support.  Get a real gameboy game if you want that stuff.

Ill see if i can pick up a real cart somewhere.
