SNES DS Question

Dwedit, how can you get the SNES DS to run on your DS over a wireless connection. I have WMB but I can't figure out what to do. I created a rom using the appliation from SNESDS and it appends the ds.gba extension, but WMB only takes .NDS extensions. A step by step from the begining would be great. Thank you.

Re: SNES DS Question

I have no idea on this one.  I was going to suggest using a hex editor and trimming off the loader, but it looks like passme binaries are significantly different from regular .nds files.  Maybe you could find a .nds version of something and a matched .gba version and try some hex editor frankensteinery.

Re: SNES DS Question

Yep.  On a F2A 32MB (because I refuse to acknowlodge megabits as a legitimate unit).  Megaman X works as long as there is no water.  Sometimes it randomly crashes after picking a stage.
The SRAM management really really sucks.  One save total, shared among all games, so each game overwrites the same save.  Someone should make Pogoshell DS!

Re: SNES DS Question

So how did you run it if you didn't do it wirelessly? With a GBA flash cart? If so, I'd be honored for you to tell me how to do that. Perhaps other people listening in might gain something out of it as well.

Re: SNES DS Question

Step 1: Get current version (not the first version which was wifi only)
I think you can figure out the rest, especially if you have a passme/flashme/wifime for DS.

Re: SNES DS Question

So if I don't have a passme/flashme/wifime for DS I need to go get one?
