You need to let it finish loading; it seems to be a rather large file...

Re: Japan Break Industries

OMG! I love everything associated with the ASCII Cats of 2-Channel, and this new music video is no exception. Thank you for showing it to us, Dwedit!

Re: Japan Break Industries

Heh, now I want to see what the REAL lyrics are to that song.
Unless those ARE the real lyrics, of course...

Re: Japan Break Industries

That's rather scary, that someone would write a song with those lyrics.
What the hell is a "chemical anchor"?

Re: Japan Break Industries

if would be rather weird if the mondegreens were all about destruction somehow, normally mondegreens don't make sense (or are you going to say that tv says... makes sense?)

Re: Japan Break Industries

Um... those are all real lyrics (after being fan-translated). The song was written by an employee of the Japanese demolition company, Nihon Break Kogyo.

Re: Japan Break Industries

The song in the 2-Channel animation is remixed and translated. The original song is in Japanese, and is closer stylistically to a theme song for a sentai or mecha TV show. You can download it here: http://akuaku.org/misc/Nihon_Break_Kogyo.mp3

Re: Japan Break Industries

Ah, so it's just the vocals in the Flash movie - they just *barely* sound like the subtitles (like English words being spelled out in katakana and spoken by someone who does not know English), so it seems like they're using mondegreens. Sort of like 'Hot Limit', actually...

Re: Japan Break Industries

If you want more "English that sounds like it's spoken by someone who does not know English," listen to South American pop sensation Shakira's breakthrough English single, "Whenever Wherever."

Does anyone know Diddy Kong Racing?
There's a level, the one with the lava and you're flying a plane.
It sounds like they sing: hoere koetje, hoere koetje. [meaning in English: Whore Cow, Whore Cow]
