VT03 Onebus on GBA Possible?

Hello people,
i wanted to ask, if it is possible to play VT03 Onebus games on the GBA kinda like Pocketnes.
here is the Emulator together with the sourcecode:

would be nice, if i get a positive answer.

plus in the Attachment are 3 Types of roms, that you can play on the Emulator

I'm not emulating VT03 onebus stuff at all right now, but it does look interesting.
