SAV to ESV

Hi everyone, I would like to know if there is a way to convert a SAV file from a GameBoy Color emulator, into an ESV file to use it into a Flashcart like EZ Flash Omega. Because I have a game saved near to be completed through years and I want to complete it in that flashcart, someone can help me pls?. Thank you in advise
