Re: PocketNES save extractor

Very nice tool, thx :D

My extracted savestates from zelda2 come in this file I think: version_998_savestate.bin
I'd like to use it with nes emu for pc. But I'm not sure what to do with it now.

Re: PocketNES save extractor

The tool is really intended for SRAM saves rather than savestates, savestates would be hard to convert.  I've managed successfully convert savestates once.
I might make the next version of PocketNES use savestates compatibile with FCEU.

In the mean time, you can use your .sav file with PC emulators.

Re: PocketNES save extractor

I am trying to extract my sram data from the pocketnes.sav file but am getting an error in win 7. There is a folder made pocketnes_sav_d made and it has an SRAM file in it but the application crashes.

Also, how do I load this into the emulator to update the game to the latest save?

Thanks!
