For some reason i can't hold in same time L and R, i cant open menu like that. There is a tool or something that allows us to put another combo ?

There's PocketNES Key Changer because L and R buttons break so easily.
I once managed to open up my GBA SP and fix the L button by jamming a tiny wad of foil into the contact switch hole where the L button presses down, that made it able to reach.

Where are there any black borders?
I made screenshot of goomba emulator with my gb game , we can see there is a black background around
And another screenshot with my normal gb emulator that doesnt support colors, but no borders
My retro console aspect ratio is 4:3, any gb/gbc fullfil the whole screen in normal time
I would like to know if it's possible to make " fullscreen" like that, with goomba

You're probably used to much more powerful hardware, where your program draws pixels onto a surface, then you can draw that surface again at a larger size. The GBA is not like that at all.
