Hey,
I was curious as to how Townedit stores the tiles in this file; even just knowing the dimensions of what the entire thing should be would be of great help (I'm going to knock together a few maps of DXO, and am trying to splice the altered tilesets into this file).

It matches the format used by the qbasic commands GET and PUT. I beleive it is "1 bit per pixel plane, with 4 planes"
The way I made it in the first place was with some QBASIC .bmp viewer, qbasic GET command, and BSAVE.
